Now in same pan add ghee,semolina and roast well,add chopped almonds and cashew nuts,coconut powder,raisins and mix well, now mix the roasted mawa in pan and mix well. Transfer the mixture into the bowl and keep it cool.once cool down add powder sugar and cardamom powder mix well and keep aside..
  3. Now make small balls of dough and roll it into a thick round shape or cut it from round shape cutter. Place spoon full of filling on one half,fold the other half,press the edge gently and make design by pinching and twisting all along the sealed edge. Make all gujiya in same way..
  4. Now heat oil on medium flame and fry gujiya light golden brown. Gujiya is ready to serve and enjoy its warmth and delicacy.
