- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy,,, mix milk and milk powder separate then add to butter mixture,add vanilla essence and mix.
- Sieve together all the dry ingredients and slowly add into butter mixture.
- Preheat the oven at 180; C,,, now separate the cake batter in 4 to 5 bowls and add gel colors of your choice.
- Now in a prepared cake tin put drops of colored cake batter like this 👇.
- Tap your tin gently to evenly spread batter,, now put it into oven and back at 180’C for 50- 55 minutes or until done.
- Remove from oven,,,let it cool into tin for 10 minutes and transfer the cake onto wire rack to completely cool, enjoy the colorful cake with or without icing.
